Described as a “stunning example of contemporary design”, the 223 square metre showhome is built with spacious living in mind, from the open-plan lounge, to the functional kitchen which allows easy movement between bench-top, appliances and island unit.
Quality of finish shows in every detail, from superior tap wear and tiled bathrooms, raised sloping ceiling and gas fire in the living room, to air conditioning, double glazing throughout - right down to the negative detailing on the kitchen bench top.

Choices of location
Redshaw Homes build homes primarily for the Hawke’s Bay market, and have built over 200 homes in the region*. At present we are building in Napier’s Parklands subdivision, which is also the location of our showhome. We have built over 100 houses in Parklands.
Redshaw Homes can also be found in Havelock North, Hastings, Clive and Bay View. We also accept commissioned work in other areas
on a case-by-case basis.
